Hogwash

HOGWASH is a children’s interactive hour-long arts experience, which includes improvisation, music, and storytelling for a morning of family theatre. The audience is a pivotal part of the fun, as each story is woven together based on the suggestions from kids from 4 to 12 years old. As the tale unfolds, graphic artists construct props, build backdrops, modify costumes, and otherwise improvise an environment as silly and unique as the story as it unfolds before the audience. An improvisational pianist provides music to score the songs created on the spot.

A special focus of this new show will be dedicated to creating “FANTASY BIRTHDAY PARTIES.” Through the use of improvisation, there are no limitations to the creation of a special fairy tale created around the birthday boy or girl in front of her friends and family, The guests are allowed to bring food and arrive early for their celebration and are invited to call ahead for reservations to plan their event.
